Products

Below is a summary of the sorts of naturally grown and raised products we produce at Nature's Echo farm. If you're in the Cowichan Valley and would like to obtain food from us, please fil out our Family Food Survey.

Seasonal Produce

In the summer of '08 we grew beans, peas, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, turnips and various types of squashes. From the trees we have apples and pears. Next summer we hope to expand even further.

Juices, Preserves & Syrups

We have pear and apple juice in limited quantities from the trees on the property.

Meats & Eggs

Currently we have lamb and eggs but soon to have Cornish Giants which are an excellent low fat meat chicken. Soon we'll also have American Heritage wild turkey, pork and beef.

Native Plants & Herbs

In our greenhouse and on the property we grow Rose hips, Hawthorne Berry, Sage, Savoury, Rosemary, Marjoram, Bay leaf, Lemon balm, Orange mint, Chocolate mint, Spearmint and Peppermint.

Naturally Inspired Products

This is something we hope to be producing within the year. Our naturally-inspired products will include soaps and other personal care items.
